The Tripura Sales Tax, 1976 Complete Act

.....specified in column 3 of the Schedule : Provided that in respect of any such transfer only so much value of the goods involved in the works-contract which has actually been paid to the dealer during the period, shall be taken into account for determining the turnover for that period. Explanation: -For the purpose of this section "property in goods" shall mean the aggregate of the goods for which amounts have been received or receivable by a dealer during such period as valuable consideration, whether or not such amount has been separately shown in the works contract. The amount is received or receivable shall include the value of such goods purchased, manufactured, processed, or procured otherwise by the dealer, and the cost of freight or delivery as may be incurred by such dealer for carrying such goods to the place where these are used in execution of such works contract, but shall not include such portion of the aforesaid amounts as may be prescribed." 3B-- Collection of excess tax and forfeiture of such excess tax---- (1) No person shall collect any sum by way of tax in respect of sale of any goods on which no tax is payable under the Act. (1) Every railway administration shall cause to be pasted in a conspicuous and accessible place at every station in Hindi and English and also in the regional language commonly in use in the area where the station is situated,-- (i) a table of times of arrival and departure of trains which carry passengers and stop at that station, and (ii) list of fares from such station to such other stations as it may consider necessary. (2) At every station where tickets are issued to passengers, a copy of the time table in force shall be kept in the office of the station master.

Title: Adoption and Application of Table a in the Case of Companies Limited by Shares

(1) The articles of association of a company limited by shares may adopt all or any of the regulations contained in Table A in Schedule I. (2) In the case of any such company which is registered after the commencement of this Act, if articles are not registered, or if articles are registered, insofar as the articles do not exclude or modify the regulations contained in Table A aforesaid, those regulations shall, so far as applicable, be the regulations of the company in the same manner and to the same extent as if they were contained in duly registered articles.

Karnataka Municipalities Act, 1964 Section 128

Title: Tables of Tolls

Every municipal council imposing any toll under this Act shall cause to be kept at each place, where such toll is to be collected, a table showing the amount leviable in all cases including the terms, if any, on which the liability to pay such tolls may be compounded by periodical payments, and it shall be the duty of every person authorised to demand payment of a toll, to show such table, on the request of any person on whom such demand is made.
