Title: the Principal Officer to Be Liable for Default Made by the Company

Where anything is required to be done by the company by or under any provision of this Act, the principal officer of the company shall be bound to do the same and shall be personally liable if default is made in the doing of any such thing. Explanation.-For the purposes of this section the principal officer of the company shall mean the director, secretary, treasurer, manager or agent of the company.
