Amendment to Madras Act VII of 1947."In the Malabar Irrigation Works (Construction and Levy of Cess) Act, 1947 (Madras Act VII of 1947)," (1) in section 2," (1) clause (a) shall be relettered as clause (aa), and before clause (aa) as so relettered the following clause shall be inserted namely:" "(a) "Collector" means the Secretary as defined in clause (XL) of section 2 of the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (13 1994) or in clause (43) of section 2 of the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994 (20 of 1994),"; (2) clause (d).....
