.....which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any Rule, Regulation, Order or direction made or issued under this Act. 25. Act to override other laws. " The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force. 26. Power to make Rules." (1) The Government may make Rules for carrying out all or any of the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such Rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:" (a) the salaries, if any, allowances and other terms and conditions of service of members of the Commission: (b) the terms and conditions of service of the Secretary of the Commission; (c) the matters in respect of which the Commission may tender advice to the Government under Clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 11; (d) the form in which, and the time within which, the budget and annual report of the Commission may be prepared and forwarded to the Government; (e) the form and the manner in which the accounts of the Commission may be.....

.....in the Sixty Three Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Section 1 - short title This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Appropriation Act. 2012. Section 2 - Issue of ` 219317690000 out of the Consolidated Fund of Uttarakhand for the year 2012-2013 From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Uttarakhand there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in Column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums specified in column 7 to 10 of the Schedule to the Uttarakhand Appropriation (Vote on Account) Act, 2012 (Uttarakhand Act no. 1 of 2012)] to the sums of ` 219317690000 (` Twenty One thousands nine hundred thirty one Crore Seventy Six Lakhs Ninty Thousands only) towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty first day of March. 2013 in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. Section 3 - Appropriation The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of Uttarakhand by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year.....
