In the First Schedule to the Code of Criminal Procedure, under the heading "I.-OFFENCES UNDER THE INDIAN PENAL CODE,"-- (a) after the entries relating to section 195, the following entries shall be inserted, namely: 1 2 3 4 5 6 "195A Threatening any person to give false evidence. Imprisonment for 7 years, or fine, or both. Cognizable Non-bailable Court by which offence of giving false evidence is triable. After Chapter XXI of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the following Chapter shall be inserted, namely: 'CHAPTER XXIA PLEA BARGAINING 265A.
