(1) In the case of a youthful offender whose ordinary place of residence lies outside the jurisdiction of the court before which he is brought, if the court is satisfied after due inquiry that it is expedient so to do, the court may send the youthful offender on his own bond back to a relative or a fit person, who is fit and willing to receive him at his native place and exercise proper care and control of him, notwithstanding the fact that the youthful offender has to be sent to a place outside the 1[State]. (1) An appeal shall lie to the High Court from -- (a) every decree passed by the Judge of the City Court, and (b) such orders passed by the said Judge as are specified in and to the extent provided for by section 104 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Title : Cleansing and Disinfections of Vessels and Vehicles

(1) Every vessel or vehicle used by a common carrier for the transport of animal shall be cleansed and disinfected by him at such periods and in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) The person in charge of every such vessel or vehicle shall, when required to do so by an Inspector, cause the vessel or vehicle to be taken to such place as the Inspector may direct and to stop and remain stationary for so long as may reasonably be necessary for the purpose of enabling the Inspector to inspect such vessel or vehicle. The Inspector may, after such inspection, if in his opinion the vessel or vehicle is not in a sanitary condition, require it to be cleansed and disinfected in the prescribed manner.
