Delhi Development Act, 1957 Complete Act

.....to do anything necessary or expedient for purposes of such development and for purposes incidental thereto: Provided that save as provided in this Act, nothing contained in this Act shall be construed as authorising the disregard by the Authority of any law for the time being in force. Preamble.-- WHEREAS, it is expedient specifically to provide for the effective prevention and control of certain kind of anti-social activities in the State of Kerala; BE it enacted in the Fifty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement.-- (1) This Act may be called the Kerala Anti-Social Activities (Prevention)Act, 2007. Title: Delivery of Lunatic to Care of Relative or Friend
