Title : Effect of Suspension and Remission on Dismissal

(1) Where in addition to any other sentence the punishment of dismissal has been awarded by a Security Guard Court, and such other sentence is suspended under section 126, then, such dismissal shall not take effect until so ordered by the authority or officer specified in section 126. (1) The provisions of this Act or any rules made thereunder or any order made under this Act or any such rule shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any enactment other than this Act or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any enactment other than this Act.
