THE CHHATTISGARH SAH CHIKITSA PARISHAD ACT, 2001 THE CHHATTISGARH SAH CHIKITSA PARISHAD ACT, 2001 [Act No. 25 of 2001] PREAMBLE A Act to provide for the establishment of Paramedical Council in the State and to regulate the practice by Paramedical Practitioners and Paramedical Education. Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Mandal in the Fifty second Year of the republic of India as follows :-- Section 1 - Short title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Sah Chikitsa Parishad Adhiniyam, 2001 (No. 25 of 2001). (2) It extends to the whole of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification appoint.
