(1) The Special Criminal Courts (Jurisdiction) Ordinance, 1950, is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken in the exercise of any power conferred by or under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken in the exercise of the powers conferred by or under this Act as if this Act were in force on the day on which such thing was done or action was taken. (1) The Chief Commissioner may direct dealers or producers in general, or any dealer or producer in particular, to mark any drug exposed or intended for sale with the sale prices or to exhibit on the premises a price list of drugs held for sale and the quantities of such drugs in his possession, and may further give directions as to the manner in which any such direction as aforesaid is to be carried out. (2) No dealer shall destroy, efface or alter or cause to be destroyed, effaced or altered any label or mark affixed to a drug and indicating the price marked by a producer.
