WEST BENGAL PREMISES TENANCY RULES, 1999 WEST BENGAL PREMISES TENANCY RULES, 1999 In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2), of section 47 of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997 (West Bengal Act XXXVII of 1997), the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following rules Rule 1 Short title These rules may be called the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Rules, 1999.
