Title: Disbursement of Amount to the Owners, Transferees and Other Interested Persons

.....appointment of the amount among them, the Commissioner shal refer the matter to the Court and make disbursement in accordance with the decision of the Court. (3) The court shall decide the appoitment of amount among the owners, trransferees and other interested persons in relation to the estate having due regard to the value on the appointed day, of the property forming part of the estate. (4) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act evidence shall be admissible to establish the court right, title and interest of the owners, transferees or other interested persons in relation to the estate. .....and in the event of there being a doubt or dispute as to the right of the person to receive the whole or any part of the amount referred to in sections 8 and 9 the Commissioner shall refer the matter to the Court and make the disbursement in accordance with the decision of that Court. (3) For the removal of doubts, it is hereby declared that the entries in cloumn (3) of the First Schedule shall not be deemed to be conclusive as to the right, title and interest of any person in relation to any textile undertaking specified in the corresponding entries in column (2) of the said Schedule and evidence shall be admissible to establish the right, title and interest of any person in relation to such textile undertaking. (4) Where any machinery, equipment or other property in a textile undertaking has vested in the National Textile Corporation, but such machinery, equipment or other property does not belong to the owner of such textile undertaking, the amount specified in column (4) of the First Schedule against such textile undertaking shall, on a reference made to it by the Commissioner, be appointed by the Court between the owner of such textile undertaking and the owner of.....

Title: Remedies of Master for Wages, Disbursements, Etc

(1) The master of a ship shall, so far as the case permits, have the same rights, liens and remedies for the recovery of his wages as a seaman has under this Act or by any law or custom. (2) The master of a ship and every person lawfully acting as a master of a ship by reason of the decease or incapacity from illness, of the master of the ship shall, so far as the case permits, have the same rights, liens and remedies for the recovery of disbursements or liabilities properly made or incurred by him on account of the ship as a master has for recovery of his wages. (3) If in any proceeding in any court touching the claim of a master in respect of such wages, disbursements or liabilities any set-off is claimed or any counter-claim is made, the court may enter into, and adjudicate upon, all questions and settle all accounts then arising or outstanding and unsettled between the parties to the proceeding and may direct payment of any balance found to be due.

(1) After admitting a claim under this Act the amount due in respect of such claim shall be paid by the Commissioner to the person or persons to whom such amount is due and on such payment the liability in relation to the Palace in respect of such claims shall stand discharged. Title: Disbursement of Amounts to the Company

(1) If, out of the monies paid to him in relation to the undertakings of the Company, there is a balance left after meeting the liabilities as specified in the Schedule, the Commissioner shall disburse such balance to the Company. (2) Where the possession of any machinery, equipment or other property, has vested in the Central Government or the Braithwaite and Company Limited, or the Government company, under this Act, but such machinery, equipment or other property does not belong to the Company, it shall be lawful for the Central Government or the Braithwaite and Company Limited, or the Government company to continue to possess such machinery, equipment or other property on the same terms and conditions under which they were possessed by the Company immediately before the appointed day.
