Act Info:
In the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Act, 1998 (13 of 1998) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 3, for clause (g), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:--
'(g) "Institute" means a National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research established under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2A) of section 4;'.
