Maritime Zones of India Regulation of Fishing by Foreign Vessels Act, 1981 Section 21 - Bare Act

Any person committing an offence under this Act or any rules made thereunder may be tried for the offence in such place¹as the Central Government may, by general or special order, published in the Official Gazette, direct in this behalf.

1. Places for the purpose of S. 21 are - Dwarka, Porbander, Bombay, Ratnagiri, Mangalore, Vasco-da-gama, Cochin, Ramanathapuram, Madras, Visakhapatnam, Jagatsinghpur, Tamluk and Port Blair.
