An Act to consolidate and amend the Law relating to pleaders in the Presidency of Bombay.
WHEREAS it is expedient to consolidate and amend the law relating to pleaders in the Presidency of Bombay; and whereas the previous sanction of the Governor General required by Section 79, subsection (2), of the Government of India Act, 1915 (5 and 6 Geo. 5, 0. 61), has been obtained for the passing of this Act.
It is hereby enacted as follows:
