Act Info:
(1) This Act may be called the Bombay Paragana and Kulkarni Watans (Abolition) Act, 1950.
(2) It extends to the 1[Bombay area of the State of Maharashtra] excluding merged territories.
(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette specify in this behalf.
