Act Info:
1[The Child Welfare Officers, Assistant Directors and Deputy Director (Child Welfare) and the Director (Child Welfare) and all other persons authorised or entitled to act under any provisions of this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
