PREAMBLE
An Act further to amend the Administrators-General Act, 1963 in its application to the State of Maharashtra.
Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Administrators-General Act, 1963 (45 of 1963), in its application to the State of Maharashtra for the purposes hereinafter appearing; it is hereby enacted in the Fifty-second year of the Republic of India as follows :-
