Finance Act, 2002 Section 154 - Bare Act

In section 13 of the Central Sales Tax Act, in sub-section (1), after clause (a), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:--

"(aa) the form and the manner for furnishing declaration under sub-section (8) of section 8;
