Finance Act, 2002 Section 123 - Bare Act

In section 47 of the Customs Act, in sub-section (2),--

(i) for the words "two days", the words "five days" shall be substituted;

(ii) for the words "eighteen per cent.", the words "ten per cent." shall be substituted.
