Act Info:
In the First Schedule to the Constitution, Part A, in the description of the territories of States, in the last paragraph, after the words, "as if they formed part of that Province", the following shall be inserted, namely:-
"and in the case of the state of West Bengal shall also comprise the territory of Chandernagore as defined in clause (c) of section 2 of the Chandernagore (Merger) Act, 1954,"
