PREAMBLE
An Act to make certain provisions relating to prisoners confined by order of a court in the2[State of Karnataka].
WHEREAS it is expedient to make certain provisions relating to prisoners confined by order of a court in the2[State of Karnataka];
BE it enacted by the2[Karnataka State] Legislature in the Fourteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:--
