1[4B. Definition of the expressions 'State' and 'State of Karnataka' in certain enactments
With effect from the first day of November 1973, in every enactment as defined in clause (12) of section 3, the expressions 'State' and 'State of Karnataka' where they refer to the territory or area, shall, unless the context otherwise requires, mean all the territories for the time being comprised in the State of Karnataka.]
