PREAMBLE

WHEREAS it is expedient to consolidate the laws providing for the regulation of the production, supply, 2 [distribution and sale] of silkworm seed 2 [cocoon and silk yarn] in the 1 [State of Karnataka];
BE it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the Tenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
