PREAMBLE
An Act to establish and incorporate 2 [Universities] for the development of agriculture, animal husbandry and allied sciences in the 3 [State of Karnataka].
WHEREAS it is expedient to establish and incorporate 2 [Universities] for the development of agriculture, animal husbandry and allied sciences in the 2 [State of Karnataka] and matters connected therewith;
BE it enacted by the 3 [Karnataka] State Legislature in the Fourteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
