PREAMBLE

An Act to constitute a State Commission for Women and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

W HEREAS it is expedient to constitute a State Commission for women and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto and for the purposes hereinafter appearing;

B E it enacted by Karnataka State Legislature in the Forty-sixth year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
