Departmental Inquiries (Enforcement of Attendance of Witnesses and Production of Documents) Act, 1981 (29 of 1981) Section 1 - Bare Act

(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Departmental Inquiries (Enforcement of Attendance of Witnesses¹[Production of Documents and Miscellaneous Provisions]) Act, 1981.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the First day of March, 1981.
