PREAMBLE

An Act to provide for the enforcement of attendance of witnesses and production of documents in certain departmental inquiries and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Whereas it is expedient to provide for the enforcement of attendance of witnesses and production of documents in certain departmental inquiries and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto in the State of Karnataka;

Be it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the Thirty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
