PREAMBLE
An Act to provide for the eviction of unauthorised occupants from public premises and for certain incidental matters.WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the eviction of unauthorised occupants from public premises and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto;
BE it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the Twenty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
