PREAMBLE

An Act to provide for the control of traffic in highways and public places in the¹[State of Karnataka] and other matters connected therewith.

W HEREAS it is expedient to provide for the control of traffic in highways and public places in the¹[State of Karnataka] and other matters connected therewith;

B E it enacted by the¹[Karnataka State] Legislature in the Eleventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
