Act Info:
(1) The Representation of the People (Amendment) Ordinance, 2003(Ord. 5 of 2003) is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Representation of the People Act, 1950(43 of 1950) and the Representation of the People Act, 1951(43 of 1951) as amended by the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the said Acts, as amended by this Act.
