The memoranda registered during each quarter in the said Catalogue shall be published in the Official Gazette as soon as may be after the end of such quarter, and a copy of the memoranda so published shall be sent {The words "to the said Secretary of State, and "omitted by the A.O.1948.} to the Central Government { The word "respectively " omitted, ibid.}.
