Act Info:
In section 2 of the Competition Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), after clause (b), the following clause shall be inserted, namely: --
'(ba) "Appellate Tribunal" means the Competition Appellate Tribunal established under sub-section (1) of section 53A.'.
