PREAMBLE

An Act to make provision for the regulation of the¹[profession of chartered accountants].

WHEREAS it is expedient to make provision for the regulation of the¹[profession of chartered accountants] and for that purpose to establish an Institute of Chartered Accountants; It is hereby enacted as follows:--
