The State Government of any two States may after mutual agreement, generally or specially, notify in their respective Official Gazettes that any Reformatory School situated in one of the States shall be available for the reception of youthful offenders directed to be sent to a Reformatory School by any Court or Magistrate in the other State and may thereupon make provision for the removal of youth full offenders accordingly.
