In the Metro Railways Act, for the words "metropolitan city" occurring in clause (h) of sub-section (1) of section 2, clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 4 and clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 32, the words "metropolitan city, metropolitan area and the National Capital Region" shall be substituted.
