This Act extends to {Subsection by the A O.1950, for "all the Provinces of India'.} [NOTE:-The Act does not extend to the State of Manipur, vice Act 30 of 1950, section 3 (2A) and Schedule (Part A), as amended by Act 68 of 1956, section 2]. [the whole of India except {Substituted by the Adaptation of Laws (No.2) Order, 1956, for "Part B State".}1[the "state of Jammu and Kashmir and the Union Territory of Manipur.]
