Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1948 Section 1 - Bare Act

Act Info:

(1) This Act may be called the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1948.

(2) It extends to the whole of India¹[except the Slate of Jammu and Kashmir].
