Sale of Goods Act, 1930 Section 1 - Bare Act

(1) This Act may be called the ¹ [***] Sale of Goods Act, 1930.

² [(2) It extends to the whole of India ³ [except the State of Jammu and Kashmir].]

(3) It shall come into force on the 1st day of July, 1930.
