Act Info:

The Governor-General in Council, and any other person authorised by any Act passed in that behalf by the1[Indian legislature] may make any grant or disposition of any property in British India accruing to His Majesty by forfeiture escheat or lapse, or by devolution as bond vacantia, to or in favour of any relative or connection of the person from whom the property has accrued, or to or in favour of any other person.
