Medical Termination of Pregnancy (Amendment) Act, 2002 Section 1 - Bare Act

(1) This Act may be called the Medical Termination of Pregnancy (Amendment) Act, 2002.

(2) It shall come into force on such date¹as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
