Charitable Endowments Act, 1890 Section 1 - Bare Act

Act Info:

(1) This Act may be called the Charitable Endowments Act,1890.

2. It extends to the whole of India,¹ [except the State of Jammu andKashmir], ² [* * *]; and

(3) It shall come into force on the first day of October,1890.
