Act Info:
(1) In this, Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context, ''diseased'' means affected with glanders or farcy or any other dangerous epidemic disease among horses which the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify in this behalf [Certain words rep.by the Repealing Act, 1927 (12 of 1927).]
(2) the provisions of this Act relating to horses shall apply also to [Inserted by Act 9 of 1920, section 2] [camels], asses and mules.
