Glanders and Farcy Act 1899 Section 1 - Bare Act

Act Info:

(1) This Act may be called the Glanders and Farcy Act, 1899.

(2) It extent to the whole of India except¹[the territories which, immediately before the 1^stNovember, 1956, were comprised in Part B States] [The word ''and'' and sub-section (3) rep. by the Repealing and Amending Act, 1914, (10 of 1914), Section 3 and Schedule II.]
