Representation of the People Act, 1951 Section 32 - Bare Act

Any person may be nominated as a candidate for election to fill a seat¹ [***]if he is qualified to be chosen to fill that seat under the provisions ofConstitution and this Act ² [***] ³ [or under theprovisions of the Government of Union Territories Act, 1963 (20 of 1963), as thecase may be].
