| LAND ACQUISITION (WEST BENGAL AMENDMENT) REPEALING ACT, 1978 55 of 1978 3rd February, 1979 An Act to repeal the Land Acquisition (West Bengal Amendment) Act, 1975. WHEREAS it is considered proper to re-introduce in West Bengal the solatium provided for in sub-section (2) of section 21 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894; It is hereby enacted as follows: Section 1 Short title This Act may be called the Land Acquisition (West Bengal Amendment) Repealing Act, 1978. Section 2 Repeal of West Ben. Act 9 of 1975 The Land Acquisition (West Bengal Amendment) Act, 1975, is hereby repealed. |
