| THE TAMIL NADU COURT-FEES AND SUITS VALUATION (AMENDMET) ACT, 1971. (Received the assent of the President on 23rd October, 1979) Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette (Extraordinary), Part IV, section 4, page, 863, dated 26th October, 1971). ACT NO. XXXI OF 1971. An Act further to amend the Tamil Nadu Court fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955. BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Twenty-third year of the Republic of India as follows:- Sub title and commencement " 1. (1) This Act may be called THE TAMIL NADU COURTS " FEES AND SUITS VALUATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1971. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint. Amendment of Schedule II of Tamil Nadu Act XIV of 1955 " 3. In Schedule II to the principal Act, in clause(s) of Article 11, for the words "Twenty-five rupees", the words "one-hundred rupees" shall be substituted. |
