| THE TAMIL NADU COURT FEES AND SUITS VALUATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1991. Act No.31 of 1991 The Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, Issue No. 479, Madras, Friday, October 11, 1991] The following Act of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly received the assent of the Governor on the 10th October 1991 and is hereby published for general information. An Act further to amend to the Tamil Nadu Court fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955. Be enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in the forty Second Year of the Republic of India as follows: 1. Short title and commencement. " (1) This Act may be called Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation (Amendment) Act 1991. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Amendment of Schedule II " In Schedule II to the Tamil Nadu Court-fees and Suits Valuation Act 1955 (Tamil Nadu Act XIV of 1955), in Article 1, after clause (q), the following clause shall be inserted namely: "(qq) five Rupees" " Revision petition presented to a District Court under section 25 of the Provincial Small cause Courts Act, 1887. |
