| THE CHHATTISGARH SINCHAI PRABANDHAN ME KRISHKON KI BHAGIDARI (SANSHODHAN) ADHINIYAM, 2012 [Act No. 3 of 2013] ( Published in the Chhattisgarh Rajpatra (Asadharan) dated 15-1-2013 Page 28(1).) [15th January, 2013] PREAMBLE An Act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Sinchai Prabandhan Me Krishkon Ki Bhagidari Adhiniyam, 2006. Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-third Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-- Section 1 - Short title and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Sinchai Prabandhan Me Krishkon Ki Bhagidari (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2012. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. Section 2 - Amendment of Section 5 For proviso to sub-section (3) of Section 5 of the Chhattisgarh Sinchai Prabandhan Me Krishkon Ki Bhagidari Adhiniyam, 2006 (No. 20 of 2006) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), the following shall be substituted, namely:-- "Provided that the State Government under special circumstances, by assigning reasons, may extend the term of office upto one year at one time but in no case it shall be extended for more than three years.". Section 3 - Amendment of Section 8 For proviso to sub-section (10) of Section 8 of the Principal Act, the following shall be substituted, namely:-- "Provided that the State Government under special circumstances, by assigning reasons, may extend the term of office upto one year at one time but in no case it shall be extended for more than three years.". Section 4 - Amendment of Section 11 For proviso to sub-section (10) of Section 11 of the Principal Act, the following shall be substituted, namely:-- "Provided that the State Government under special circumstances, by assigning reasons, may extend the term of office upto one year at one time but in no case it shall be extended for more than three years.". |
