| THE CHHATTISGARH KUSHABHAU THAKRE PATRAKARITA AVAM JANSANCHAR (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2008 [Act No. 19 of 2008] [ Published in Chhattisgarh Rajpatra (Asadharan) dated 6-9-2008 Page 580(1). ] [06th September, 2008] PREAMBLE An Act to amend the Chhattisgarh Kushabhau Thakre Patrakarita avam Jansanchar Act, 2004. Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- Section 1 - Short title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Kushabhau Thakre Patrakarita Avam Jansanchar (Amendment) Act, 2008. (2) It extends to whole of State of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in Official Gazette. Section 2 - Amendment of Section 40 of Hindi Version In sub-section (4) of Section 40 of the Hindi Version of the Chhattisgarh Kushabhau Thakre Patrakarita Avam Jansanchar University Act, 2004 (No. 24 of 2004), the following words shall be omitted, namely:-- "Kuladhipati Ke Anumodan Se". |
